We have bought about 5 Toyota vehicles from this location and have always had a very positive experience. Had an issue with the 4 x 4 on a used Tacoma we bought and they fixed it for us under their insurance. Recently bought a new Tacoma with Krischen and also had a very pleasant experience. 2/21/23 Update: Bought a RAV4 with Raymond a few months ago. Again, amazing customer service, great communication, and good prices (given the economy). Raymond told me that Capitol Toyota never marked up or added dealership fees that a lot of other dealerships were doing during COVID-19. Thank you. 06/23/23 Update: One of our cars died on us on Monday. Bought a new car Friday because Raymond and Jona found us exactly what we were looking for and worked with us to get the best deal. Amazing customer service and amazing vehicles.

Today I had an apt at 1:30 for my 4Runner to be serviced. After waiting 3 hours with no call or text I decided to look and see if my keys were there and they were. Asked the blue haired lady behind the counter if we could go ahead and pay so we can get out there and after she took 5 minutes to get a complete eye roll out of her head, she told us to go talk to Mike because our invoice was not complete. (With attitude) So we go talk to Mike who is literally just on the other side of her wall and he says hes not sure why she sent us to him but everything was done and we should be good to go. Going back over to blue haired lady we told her what Mike said and again with the eye roll and attitude all while not even attempting to move from her seat across the room she wants to discuss WHY she told us to go see Mike instead of invoicing us out. Finally we got to the point where we pay and go. Sign here is all we got from her while getting caught up in yet another eye roll. 3 hours and 400 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation and we couldnt even been treated right! Do NOT recommend and will be looking for a new service department!
