Lock & Go Storage

I stored an antique dresser that has been in our family for over 60 years in my sons unit. After removing it from the unit there was mice feces covering the dresser and water damage on the sides. After my son confronted the owner she told him that "he brought in the mice to the storage unit." She also asked him to clean up all of the feces and dead mice himself before allowing him out of the lease agreement. On top of that she has sent threatening voicemails to him telling him she has contacted her lawyer and taking action against him. Very unprofessional, and Kelly Bradley provided no willingness to take ownership for a faulty unit or provide any help for damaged belongings.

I had this unit for 2 years. Unfortunately, it was infested with mice and condensation. The top of the unit created mold and mildew on many of my items being stored. When I addressed the new owner, I was told that none of the other units had these issues and no one had ever complained. Also, that it was my responsibility to insure my unit. I didnt realize I could get insurance on my unit so thats on me. I find it hard to believe this was a one off issue. I also experienced many billing issues even though I was previously enrolled in auto pay. The new owner was helpful with the late fees but my card never stored on their website for autopay. Overall I lost approximately $5,000.00 of belongings from this unit. Including a brand new ping golf bag that was chewed through by mice. Along with other high end sporting equipment I used to coach soccer and baseball teams.

I called the owner Don just to get some information about his business model and he was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend just based on this good dude who is running the place!
