Edited 4/24. With proper management and some really right faces, this place became an iconic spot of downtown with repeat service. The atmosphere is often cramped because everyone wants a bite, and it can get loud. Food has been fresh every time i go. Service always polite; ive watched customers treat them pretty poorly and i step up to make it easier and fun, crack a joke and know what i want. Love ordering from Door Dash with these guys. Will continue to support as i have for i think 6yrs since my last review.

Ordered steak and was given lamb. Pita was 50% lettuce over all other ingredients

Don't order from them for delivery. Always out of something. Bags, napkins, drinks, menu items, etc. They make substitutions without asking the customer and without thinking about possible allergies. They don't update the Doordash pads to remove items they don't carry so people just keep ordering them. Nonexistent management. It's just as bad as before. They accept DoorDash orders when they have catering orders to do. They tell me it is an hour wait. They can pause orders if they are behind instead of accepting them. Again today he tells me it is a 20 minute wait when the store is empty. Never again.
