Pita Pit

Whenever I come In (which isnt ever often) some girl with long hair is always working and never has her hair put up and coincidentally I have a hair in my food. It is very gross to find hair in your food. The last couple times Ive just thrown it away because Im not going to eat something with hair in it. The owner need to make sure his/her employees are wearing hats or hair nets

This evening we stopped in at Pita Pit, expecting our normal awesome, delicious, and quick meal. Instead we were greeted with filthy floors and tables. They were covered in food. The ordering system changed, to where you couldn't order subway style. We loved it that way. What was supposed to speed the process up has taken three times longer. We waited for our food for almost 40 minutes, and the service was terrible. We got glared at, and the employees were impatient, and very rude in general. There were only two girls, one who didn't appear to know what she was doing. I wish I could leave an awesome review, but that experience was ridiculous.

came in the other day to get a pita and there was only one person behind the counter, many people were sitting waiting for their food and there was also a line at the counter.. took about 30 minutes to get my food, which im a patient person so it didnt bother me. although a guy who was also waiting ended up freaking out and wanting a refund because he was in a time crunch.. he was being rude to the worker which i didnt appreciate. the worker seemed really stressed about how busy it was already so it just made the environment feel weird, i felt bad for coming in. i just think maybe if the restaurant is that understaffed maybe there should be some sort of sign saying that its going to take a while, or if the worker communicated before ringing people up that the wait time would be longer it would definitely have gotten rid of the situation of the customer being angry at the worker.. just a tip! unless you like angry customers that are in a time crunch haha.

I stop in this location to get my favorite pita today. I had to pay first so when I walk around and seen the ingredients I was disgusted. Lettuce was brown, tomatos were soggy and they didnt even have Taziki sauce?? Clearly not what I came to order when I asked for a refund I was denied my money back or the poorly made food? I had to ask several times for my receipt before I had to leave empty handed and empty stomach. No eating like a legend for me today!

Delivery. Wanted to try something different. It smelled sour but it was Greek( should say something diff.) so I took aa bite than another it was bad. within 4 hours I was so sick.. I didn't even try the other one that was bought.
