I got home and immediately put the battery on the charger. After a few hours, it was still showing that it wasnt fully charged. So I took it off the charger and put it into my R5. It was at about 50% capacity. I placed it back on the charger and fell asleep. In the morning, the battery was still only at about 50% charge.
I cant find my receipt, which is totally my fault, and was told I need the receipt to exchange despite the one year warranty allegedly offered with the product. I have commuted a total of an hour and twenty minutes for a battery I should have ordered off Amazon in the first place.
I dont want a refund or an exchange at this point. I simply want people to be aware of the product they are buying, to keep their receipt, and understand that the warranty is apparently meaningless without said receipt.
Two stars, because I should have kept the receipt despite the faulty product.
