Utter garbage service. Drove here for passport photos. I was behind a woman being attended. The guy at the counter completely ignores me and begins assisting the customer who just got there. After the customer points me out (uh, HELLO?!), he rolls his eyes and states that he has to cancel the transaction, as thought its my fault he doesnt know how to do his job. I told him I simply need a couple passport photos and he says nothing, moving toward the back to get the camera. This dude who is clearly miserable with his job and life begins rummaging through the drawers saying he cant find the camera that provides one of the key services his department is known for. He goes to ask another employee to help him find the camera. The other guy starts rummaging and they never found it. He said they dont know what camera is used or the process to replace it, so they just shrug their shoulders from responsibility. Extremely disorganized, bad tempered employees now seem to work at the department where Ive had no problems in the past. Walmart living up to the stereotype.
