The room felt unsafe and wasn't that clean. No deadbolt. No other lock other than key lock. Someone else's bar of soap (used) left on towel rack. No washcloths. No actual blanket on bed, just a thin cover and a sheet. Broken glass in the driveway, couldn't go in office to register, had to stand in the cold. Took a copy of my license and wouldn't give me a copy of the receipt I signed. The guy next door came over to have me help him watch his truck so many homeless around. Guy at desk got upset when I called for wifi password and couldn't understand him very well. Pretty expensive for what it was. Spend an extra $10 or $15 and stay at a better place.

It's the cum stain inn, lots of druggies... Nothing works, the carpet was wet and dirty. Shower's were cold and mold spots. You have to go across the street to motel 6 to even get ice as to they do not have ice machines nor ice buckets.. the pillows were so old that they were flat. I would NEVER waist your or my money there. It's simply GROSS Rooms: Disgusting Noteworthy details: Lots of people at all hours of the night fighting and yelling. I had a homeless gentleman knock on my door at 3 o'clock in the morning and ask if I could get him some meth.. like what the hell.. I felt very unsafe there

Honestly I came from Seattle Washington to visit my daughter so got into Salem late around 1am the front desk worker was a stand up person who did not charge me full price (check out @ 11am). The room was nice new granite for the sink new flooring clean location is great Chevron right next to the holiday Lodge video poker machines restaurant family friendly restaurants very close to the Mall overall this place is highly recommended not but a joy coming to HOLIDAY LODGE RIGHT OFF HAWTHORNE IN BEAUTIFUL SALEM OREGON. STAFF MAKES THE EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER GOTTA SHOW THE STAFF RESPECT Rooms: Nice and neat amazing for the price Nearby activities: Laser tag pitros pizza the nickel arcade serval restaurants for the adults there a gentlemans club and video poker must be 21 and older Safety: Very safe and family friendly
