        Wish I could give zero stars. Probably the worst Motel I have ever been to. The room smelled so bad it lingered on our clothing after we left. The front desk was very short and unfriendly. The back parking lot had some homeless with a fire going. I felt very unsafe in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!!!!!

        Not much of a short stay hotel. Many folks obviously living here . Im from a big city , so I wasnt fearful for my safety but I def wouldnt have chosen this place to bring my family . Woman in the room next to mine kept her door open most of the day with her drug pipe on the table and my last night she ODed.and died. Not ideal . I wish peace to her family . Folks at the office were nice enough and the room was clean but no frills at all. I borrowed a blanket from my Mom ( who I was in town to visit) because the blanket was like tissue paper. Safety: I was worried about traveling alone , as it was pretty clear there were a lot of down and out folks living in the hotel .

        I only have one star because no stars wasnt an option. The area isnt safe. People hanging outside all around the property. Theres homeless parked across the street. You can tell its not safe as they have to lock the doors at a certain time so you have to wait for hotel staff to come and let you in. The parking lot isnt well lit. The hotel person I worked with was very rude. I didnt catch her name but she can be identified with tattoos all on her arms. Anyway, I voiced my concern with questions to her and she asked me to leave claiming I was being rude. AND STILL CHARGED MY CARD!! Unless you have to, I wouldnt stay here unless youre desperate. But if youre just passing through Salem and looking for reasonably priced accommodations, this Place isnt it.
