Holman Riverfront Park Hotel Salem, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel was amazing for us. We had such a great experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. When we arrived we were upgraded because we are Hilton Gold Members. The lovely lady at the front desk gave us a room with a kitchenette which was so nice! The room also had a spacious seating area, two TVs (not that we needed them!), and a nice clean bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this boutique Hilton!

In Salem for two day business trip. Used Hilton points. All smooth on check in and check out, bill accurate. Room was on top (7th) floor, so otherwise quieter than other floors since several conference rooms surrounding guest rooms. However, deep rumbling hum probably from A/C kept me awake hours both nights. Otherwise, usual modern hotel furniture - open area to hang clothes instead of closet, plenty of desk space, bedside tables on both sides of bed (rare these days) with adequate power outlets. Very spacious bathroom, toilet and shower. All of hotel is very new, very modern, well-kept, and pretty cool although stark for some in esthetic. Restaurant/bar has limited variety, very limited liquor and wine selection with bartender that didn't really know much of his stuff. Hotel is within two to five minutes of several downtown restaurants that are pretty doggone good, so sleep in the hotel and eat/drink elsewhere. Would stay again because it's convenient downtown and close to restaurants - and it's a pretty cool hotel.

Honestly one of the best restaurants in Salem. The food is fantastic and the service is kind of out of this world. The employees treat customers like actual human beings. It's so refreshing! Please be nice to the employees and tip them well. They are such pleasant people. Will always come back here and recommend to everyone else. 10000/10.
