Pros- clean, safe, big comfortable rooms
Cons- Saturday morning staff is rude and not helpful, pro tip your room doors only work if the handle goes up, low flow toilets don't work properly yuck, not enough water pressure to take a proper shower, sound dampening between rooms is not great, breakfast was a few minutes late and not warm, no syrup for pancakes, ran out of cups and by the end food is out and the breakfast room is nasty. Out of coffee and cups 15 minutes into breakfast. While eating my naked waffle, I'm hearing guest voicing some of the complaints I listed.

Used an award's night for this stay. Nice room and decent breakfast. No clock in my room was a bummer. Overall a good stay.
