Buffy is amazing

This is a great facility, and the community is amazing! I have been a member for a couple years, and have met some great friends here while getting into shape!

New gym! New machines, a lot of variety for heavy lifting which I love. 3 deadlifts compared to some gyms having none is great. 5+ stars.

I feel stronger and move easier because of the training at The Movement . I encourage you to check it out! I have seen all ages and abilities working out here.
