        Went in for the consult with a tech. for laser hair removal. They asked me to pay for a package up front, so I did. When I went in for the appointment the tech. said that she would do a much small area than was agreed upon at the consult. I think I paid for 6 sessions but wanted to quit after 3. They refused to give me a partial refund. I was told that a manager would contact me but it never happened. I think its a poor way to conduct business. Service: Laser hair removal
