        Dr. Mark Fast was great. However, the receptionist was not truthful, and never informed me that I was out of network when I gave her my insurance information over the phone. I was doubled covered by the same insurance just different policy numbers and members, and she still used up my benefits. I was unaware of additional costs and will not returning to the clinic. Buy, I liked the provider. The helpful associate in lenscrafters was great as well. She had patience with me when I was calling to figure out my benefits. I would go back to see her again as well.
