Amelia Apartments

The buses are slow on Sunday when I want to go home after church waiting in long hours just to get on bus that's all I have to say have a good day bye?

I live in the same neighborhood of these apartments and they are extremely dirty from the outside. Their dumpsters are right in front of the property and the tenants are constantly leaving trash on the ground in the parking lot. Three particular tenants are constantly outside causing disturbances with their cars and the visitors they have are extremely disrespectful to the neighbors. They constantly block our drive way and leave their cars parked in the neighborhood for days. They are up and outside at all hours of the night. Ive never seen any management clean the property or even care about the sketchy activity that happens there. There is police constantly driving around the apartments, but the tenants dont care and continue being disturbing.

The old owners never responded to any requests and did not maintain the property. The new owners are AMAZING! All the issues we had have already been fixed. They are super on it! Really turned this place around!
