Black mold. Slum Lord tactics. Animal urine soaked carpet. High theft/crime. They we refuse to actually fix anything while you're living there. Also do be sure to document everything upon move in as they will absolutely lie and blame you for everything that was wrong prior to you moving in on your move out inspection. These criminals deserve to rot in hell.

I have been here 4 months with no working dishwasher on a 6 month lease.. when anything goes wrong good luck . Plenty of drug activities rent goes up and class goes down . It's a stat inside your house kinda place..3 weeks later still broke got told u was playing hard ball for asking. Worst place ever they don't care about people.

I moved in here on 4-14-2023, I'm 57, have lived in, I am guessing this is the 6th apartment complex I've lived in, its been awhile since I've done so, the manager Jennifer is excellent, very professional at her job, honestly it's hard to find managers like her, my apartment is off Bush, I found out they are not well insulated, like most, I have neighbors above me who, I believe to be intentional, walk heavy footed, drop things all over, but other than that, people are friendly enough I suppose, I don't do drama so I pretty much keep to myself, overall I gave 5 stars because of the way things have gotten done for me, and certainly for the manager, that makes all the difference in my book.
