Not family friendly at all! Please do not move here if you have kids, they will not be able to play in their own home without getting complaints. These apartments should be a 50+ or adult only community. Even as an adult, you'll have to tip toe in your home so as to not disturb neighbors and managers.

Been here since March and not had any issues. Angie has always been wonderful.

Update: Onsite property manager also discriminates. Don't move here if you are anything other than quiet (older) adult(s) with no kids or a pet. Especially don't move here if you have any sort of disability, children, or children with disabilities (mental or physical). Budget apartments. Grounds and facilities are run down. Property Manager plays favorites with tenants and is hostile toward children. Targets certain residents for miniscule things, but allows others to get away with the same complaint. This is NOT a child friendly complex. Playground is old and unkept. Property management company has poor customer service. This complex is fine if you need a cheap, basic apartment. Price is the only positive thing.

~Angie Rocks! From getting things done to bring understanding w all going on. She is genuine real and says it likes it is. Knows her stuff and is informative. She has been a blessing for us and a very welcoming person. Asset for sure to the company if they didnt already know. We also have a very brand new everything updated unit w New everything. As an upstairs tenant u have to be mindful if u have children (we have 3 kiddos in a unit upstairs ) this u would have to do in a hotel or even a home. This is not managements or managers fault. I wanted to address this as I see a lot of reviews bout this. People need to be more grateful and stop sitting home complaining. Recommended hands down! Rent I believe in this day and age is Fair when life isnt! *Jesse and Gina
