This place is ok, nice and quite. Neighbors are kinda rude thou but other then that. I would say this place doesn't have a slum lord

This is a tough review because the facility is super cute and quiet. The pool is kept clean. The gym is nice and convenient. Overall nice place. I lived there for several years.
I only have one complaint. The water.
I could not drink or cook with the water that came from the faucets. I brought it to the maintenance guys attention on several occasions, and his remedy was to run the facet for several minutes before using it. It was a very concentrated copper color.
I ended up just using a water dispenser the whole time I was there. Cute place decent price I was paying $655 the first year. I was told there is a potential for a lease the second year but there wasn't and the rent just kept increasing.
