        Amber was one of the worst customer service reps I have encountered and I manage retail. She was rude, had a really bad attitude towards us, and had zero patience and couldnt answer simple questions. We observed multiple customers notice her unprofessionalism. Will not be back at this subway.

        DO NOT order online. Never said they were out of the bread we wanted and didnt state it when we picked it up so they just gave us what ever. we ordered cookies in the meal to give to the kids and it never showed up for some reason. ordered ex pickles and came loaded with cucumbers lol the online thing is a mess. idk if its the store or what but dont use online

      Chanz, we reviewed our cameras and apologize of you felt Amber was rude. Unfortunately we were having issues with the speakers/microphone on the drive thru making it extremely difficult to understand you. We're sorry that seemed like frustration and rudeness with you.

      Update- Cody, we indeed ran out of a couple things and mishandled how to best notify you. We did review your order, and there are no cookies on your order, just juice boxes and applesauce, so not sure what happened there. None-the-less, we have adjusted your order and had some great training with our Sandwich Artist on how to better ensure our customer satisfaction in the future. No one likes negative, however, we can't improve without knowing, so we're glad you let us know!!Yikes Cody, we are in this right away. Very much apologize and will get right to the bottom of this.
