        Last 3 times I have been in there.I can't get served or even waited on.There's one Person only in there doing everything alone one time I went in and ordered something off the menu I could not even get it because they didn't know how to ring it up. I'm never going back in there. I like the food but I have not been served. The last 3 times I've gone and I waited 15 minutes and no one helped me.

        The poor assistant manager was all alone doing all the prep the door dash orders and the walk ins by her self. She was smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My order was correct and would have been faster if she could have helped it. I always pick pita pit, before my daughter was killed we would always pick this for lunch. My oldest and I still frequent this establishment the food is amazing. The new change of ordering your toppings at the register is understandable with the current inflation. Where was her manager?

      Our sincerest apologies, Bonnie. We are working though some staffing challenges, but we have hired some new team members to fill holes in our scheduling. With this new team, we are in training mode so that we can be consistent with not only our food but our service.
