        Please listen to the customer and get the orders correct.. just assuming instead of listening is an issue..

        Food was good, worker apologized for the wait in the drive-thru, all was good. Then I went inside to get two straws. And waited and waited, two more people behind me waiting to order as well. There the straws were, an arms reach behind the counter. I could grab them, but that would be awkward as it would look like your grabbing for the register. The sign by the napkins says to ask the front desk for straws. Gotta get the drive-thru orders though, priority one for 3 workers on deck. Finally got the line worker to get them for me. Just put the straws on the counter if no one is going to man the station please.
