Freaky fast is painfully slow at this location. They can't get an order right to save their lives either. Been eating JJs for 20 years. This is by far the worst location in America. Customer service is horrendous as well. It's worth going to just to see this trainwreck

Was not impressed with our visit today. Customer service was not what I would expect. No effort was given to my wife's dietary needs, so her sandwich was eatable but not tasty. My sandwich, in comparison to other sandwich vendors, was not as fulfilling and enjoyable.
Don't anticipate returning to a Jimmy John's.

You wonder how franchises like this make it?
They have and app, thats useless we order often enough, and the app is great. But imagine ordering, input each persons name like the app allows go back to your office with a box of food and non are labelled. Maybe its just me, but pretty sure others don't want me pawing through their food.
This is not isolated. Happens every single time, does no use to mention it. The manager does not care to even improve service.
They are located near allot professional building and is why the are popular. But you can buy two identical sandwiches and they will weigh different in a major way.
I like the food, even though they pile on lettuce its already expensive, I ordered a sandwich not a salad.
