Out of the 30 times I go to this Napa location. They never have the part or parts I am looking for. I end up finding the parts at a local auto store. Then when I brought a socket wrench that was pretty new to me bought there (Craftsman). They said I would have to ship it directly to them. They didnt care if it was abused or not (was not). The Napa in bend has everything and I get the Bend store has more of a stocking area in back but simple little things are just never found at this store. Seriously frustrating when you think they would have easy stuff and they just dont. Unless you need brake cleaner or oil.

I have a 1970 Chevelle I needed an air Filter 3 inch I went to NAPA happened to find one. The guy told me They had one in stock, it $69 got it home wouldnt fit So I decided to return it to the NAPA on 27th St., and Highway 20 had my receipt. The guy looked it up in the computer and he looked at me Called the manager over they were looking the computer. The guy in Redmond overcharged me by $20 not an honest mistake. Thats the second time that has happened to me at the store in Redmond. Ill never go there again.
