      Kyros Sorry about that. We do have an auto attendant where you have to press 1 to get thru. We implemented that to stop the robo calls which added up to 30 or more a day and took away from our time to give our real customers the attention needed. So with that said, I can't find your name in our system or thru our online look up. We'd be happy to give you a call if we knew how to get ahold of you.
