Rocky was awesome! I was set on getting the Hunter Douglas Skyline system. I had gone to another window company and was not treated very nicely. I know what I exactly want and I didnt feel like it was mandatory I have to pay for a designer to choose what should go in my house. So I found Rocky online. I loved his no pressure approach. The blinds came in very fast. Rocky was quick to deliver once they arrived in town. We had some hiccups with some things eg. missing parts with delivery....But Rocky took care of it immediately! That to me is one of the most important things is he stands by what he sells and takes care of things! I will definitely be buying from him in the future and will be referring all my friends and clients to him. Oh and the blinds are so beautiful!! They are so PERFECT and it makes me so happy every time I see them! Thank you Rocky!!!!

Rocky did a great job with our tricky blind situation (above our stairwell to the basement, which I was afraid to try and install on my own). For a pretty small job (a single blind), I was happy with how much attention and professionalism Rocky brought to the work. I was initially thinking I needed a motorized blind for the location, but Rocky persuaded me that a cheaper and lower-tech solution would actually work even better, and save me the hassle of changing the battery annually on a motorized one. He was always on time and was easy to work with. Recommended.

I hired The Blind Guy to repair a large blind for me. He subbed the job out to ShadewoRX, although he made it sound like he did the repair. I did call them first, but they didn't return my call until after I had already hired Rocky the Blind Guy to do the work. I know this because there was a sticker and date of the repair with ShadewoRX name on it. I should have gone directly to ShadewoRX. They did an excellent job. I don't know if Rocky even touched my blind. I wish he would have just referred me to the other company rather than telling me he could do the job. Oh well, that's business. He did sound like a nice guy on the phone though.
