This place has done wonders for my health . I have lost fat and gained muscle this year at Optimize U . Amber has educated me on everything involving anti ageing . I highly recommend this place if you have a major health goal.

These professional are very passionate about what they do. Both my wife and I joined and so far the experience is great. I cant believe all the cool equipment they have to speed and help recovery. Cryotherapy, red light bed, infrared sauna and hyperbaric oxygen chamber are a few and then ferrofit muscles stimulation and hormone, vitamin and mineral shots. This place is awesome. Then the icing on the cake is a doctor that can steer you in the right direction.

This wellness and health clinic literally changed my life and my body! I had been struggling with my weight for many years, I was constantly fatigued, had mental fog, and never felt fully rested. I had felt sick and drained for so long, I couldn't even remember what it felt like to feel well. I had visited many physician specialists seeking help with my vague symptoms and it was always the same response and treatment regimen, they prescribed a handful of pills and wrote me off as "this just happens to women at your age (I am in my 40's)." I knew that there had to be a better alternative and answer out there and luckily I found OptimizeU in Portland, Oregon and Dr. Michelle Meers. She was professional and her diagnostics and tests were comprehensive to get a clear picture of my overall health, labs and hormones. She created an individualized treatment plan to help me reach my optimal goals. I am a real patient with real results, I lost 34 pounds in 8 weeks of treatment (prescribed the SG-SubQ medication that was approved by the FDA for weight loss recently in 2021). All my debiliating symptoms have disappeared in 2 short months. I had previously been a pre-diabetic and after my weight loss my A1C dropped to normal levels and I no longer need a CPAP for my sleep apnea. Extra Pros: The staff there are amazing, welcoming and supportive. The clinic is clean, modern and relaxing. They provide nutritional education, supplement recommendations and IV therapy sessions for various deficiencies. Additionally, they have services for bioidentical hormone therapy, anti-aging, weight loss, pain management and sexual health. Cons: The only con I could find was their business hours, they open at 10am -7pm Tuesday - Friday and weekends 10am- 4pm which actually does works out great for working adults to schedule appointments after 5pm on weekdays.

Amber and Dr. Mears are so amazing! They do everything there - hormone therapy, whole body cryotherapy, red light therapy, vitamin shots and IV drips and so much more. Theyre basically your one stop shop for wellness. Went in for a full panel test and they were so attentive and caring. They made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and gave me a juice box to get some quick sugar in after. Thank you Amber and Dr. Mears! I am a forever fan of Optimize U!!
