Frozen Wellness - Cryotherapy House

I really loved my experience at Frozen Wellness. I will definitely be returning. The reception guy was super nice and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. And I asked a lot of questions. He was also great at getting me set up in the leg compression sleeves and explaining how it worked and how it was benefitting me. The gal who did my local cryo was also very nice and did a great job explaining what she was doing and how it was benefitting me. My muscles felt energized after my treatments and into the next day. I'm looking forward to seeing how my muscles feel once I start getting treatments on a more consistent basis. Please open a location in NE Portland.

Owners/staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Always wonderful refreshments. The frozen facial is super relaxing and makes my skin look amazing and I always walk out feeling confident and uplifted!

Love this place, gorgeous studio, and friendly people. My favorite things are the infra red sauna (helped me sweat out a residual head cold), and then the frozen facial (feels like you are walking through a cloud). Highly recommend.

Great service! We had our Cryo Party there and everyone had a blast! everyone did the facials, cryo therapy and compression therapy. They served tasty food and variety of beverages. Would highly recommend for small company parties, birthday parties.. or any party :) Eric and Casey are amazing!
