I wish you could zero stars. Our TOILET leaked and damaged the ceiling below. Think about that for a moment; Toilet - Leaked = GROSS. It took them 2 days to come to our house, and it's been more than 4 weeks I have no bid for repairs and no movement with our insurance claim. I removed the damaged ceiling and fixed the toilet, so all they had to do was give an estimate for repairs - Nothing.DO NOT CALL THEM. Find a company that is responsive and will communicate with you and your insurance company.

I wish there were a zero. Needed to have a house secured following a nighttime break-in. Answering service said a crew was dispatched. Police waited on site, guarding premises for two hours -- and no one arrived. Answering service offered to dispatch again. No thanks.
