Oregon Trail Remodeling and Restoration

The work we had done was a relatively small restoration project after flooding in our finished basement. Robb Reed at Oregon Trail Remodeling was recommended to us by the contractor who handled the initial clean-up work. We found Robb to be responsive and easy to work with and we were very happy with the outcome and the process. Communication throughout was excellent. The written contract provided a thorough description of work and break-down of all charges. No unexpected add-on charges and no miscommunications regarding work or materials. Robb's explanations were consistently clear and understandable. He even helped me to clarify some communication with our insurance agent. All the sub-contractors working in our home were efficient and professional. Even though it was a relatively small project, I didn't ever feel that our job was "on the back burner". Robb was available throughout with timely responses to all communications and the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We would be happy to work with this contractor again in future. Total project cost was less than $10,000; work was completed in July 2019, near Portland Oregon.

Oregon Trail's crew took good care of us during our repair. We had a shower leak that resulted in a need for a total shower rebuild in our upstairs bath. They cared about my satisfaction with the work and were patient during numerous setbacks - even coming out after hours and weekends to make sure things were right. Good crew, quality workmanship.

We used Oregon Trail Remodeling for a bathroom remodel. Our bathroom is beautiful now. Robb worked with us step by step from planning to completion. I appreciated being able to discuss the process as we went through it and his knowledgeable feedback really helped us make the right choices for our budget. He worked until every detail was done to our satisfaction including calling back subs to correct any issues we found. We are very happy and would use OTR again in the future.
