        My experience has been unpleasant. You are unable to reach anyone when you call. I have called several times and always get recordings and I am asked to leave a message. I also felt they were very expensive. Over $300 for a vet visit, shots and various tests. I was unable to get my cat in the carrier for his final shot, when I called to let them know it was a recording. I have not heard back after that to reschedule.
