My company was in search of a clean low mileage vehicle for our clients and we came across a vehicle of interest at E and J after an extensive internet search. When we arrived to look at the vehicle, we were greeted by Gilberto and he immediately assisted us in finding the van we were searching for. All the vehicles on the lot looked clean and well taken care of. Very clear vehicle information sheets were posted in all the vehicles with very clear detailed information for buyers to see. Gilberto was very helpful and we were able to later place a deposit by phone to hold our vehicle of interest until we could make the final purchase the next week. On the day we made the purchase, another salesman helped us with the paperwork and we were in and out within less than an hour with our new vehicle. They were very easy to work with and it was a very pleasant purchase experience.

The audacity to rip my father off and try and guilt me about my distaste/unhappy point of view for an overpriced vehicle that is in need of major work (transmission is out). The experience would have been more pleasant had they issued the paperwork for the present, paying individual. As soon as the vehicle was out of my father's hands, this company showed no care in solving problems outside of my ability and control. They issued a car in my name when I have never engaged them in buying a vehicle, and never been in their building. They got their money and didn't help me as if I were not the buying party. Very clear they curtailed certain responsibilities and professionalism because they got to wipe their hands clean after taking my dad for thousands more than what the vehicle was worth.
