I normally do the work on both my wifes and my car but I was missing a couple tools to fix my thermostat on my vehicle and lacked the time working 10-12 hours a day. They did a good job on fixing my thermostat and did it same day but unfortunately I had a pair of ray ban sunglasses ($120 sun glasses that I had saved up for) that were in my door when I dropped it off and are no where to be found in the car. Thankfully Ashely had called me back to refund the amount for a new pair though. After further inspection I found a bolt literally hanging on by a thread. I was also informed that they have warranties on their repairs and would have taken a look at it if I had taken it back in.
