Zach and Ryan from Sales/Management really pulled out all the stops to keep my tree service up and running during a difficult time. I had just purchased a new truck from them (after mine went down - during our busy season) and even though their service loaner was being used by another customer, they purchased a brand new chip truck off their own lot and added it to their service/loaner fleet just to honor their commitment to limit my downtime if the new truck should have issues. To be clear, that's an $80k+ truck they purchased!They just earned a customer for life.Also, bought a bandit chipper/grinder from them in the past and they are rock solid pieces of equipment.

Worked with Zack on buying a new Bandit 12xpc. He jumped on bringing us a demo unit to try which, considering we are over 2 hrs away from their shop plus a ferry ride, was awesome! Direct and easy to deal with. Oh,.and love the new chipper!
