The staff here are always so kind and helpful, even when its 5 minutes of struggling to explain a problem and understand the offered solution. They're always very patient and not condecending toward me at all, unlike most other hardware store employees.

I was just in here and they had an old man wait for a manager to get a refund for a faucet only because it was defective and he had bought one to replace it already. Within 2 days of purchase. They denied him because "he ran water through it".. To me this is unbelievable how in the world would you know you have a defective faucet unless youve run water through it or its effectively destroyed in box? This is a scam and no one should buy here they will try to scam you out of your money. When you look at the back of the receipt it even says "The place. We will fix it, replace it or refund your purchase your receipt is all you need." LITERALLY ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT. I am never coming here again and will be using my own receipt for a non refundable item or else I would have immediately returned it and gone somewhere else. TLDR: They wont honor their own refund policy and try to scam old people until they notice they are going to receive pushback.
