Excellent tool shop! Look no further, this place is tooltopia. I was looking for a very specific European automotive tool, a CLIC-R type hose clamp pliers, which I needed to R&I my Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio 2.9L V6 engine's clean air outlet hoses that feed exhaust to the turbos, but which have to be removed in order to access the spark plugs for replacement. No other store in town had this tool. I checked every single one of the auto-parts places over the weekend (O'Reilly, NAPA, CarQuest, AutoZone, Advance) plus Lowes, Home Depot, ACE Hardware, and Walmart... and no one hadeven heard of this kind of clamp pliers. However, I called Hall Tool Company on Monday morning and Mike knew what I was looking for & quickly found itand it was less than $20. The convenience of being able to get what you need from a knowledgeable retailer with a wide selection of quality brands (not just Chinese knockoffs) is easily worth the drive to this shop, and they even have a spacious parking lot out front unlike trying to go to ACE on Woodstock. Highly recommended!

I've never seen the selection of tools that these guys have, it's impressive, working in the mining industry it's hard to find the bigger tools like 3/4" drive and bigger wrenches (over 1 1/4") they have it all.
I don't get the complaints about customer service I've read because they weren't anything short of courteous knowledgeable and helpful.
Five stars and they only place I'll be getting tools from now on.
