Les Schwab Tire Center

I never have a problem with any other Les Schwab locations, just this specific one. I feel the need to write this so others are aware and don't waste time here. I've brought a few cars here and had inaccurate and incomplete estimates. Most recently I brought in my BMW to have my brakes and tires inspected. They made me leave my car there for a few hours, no big deal. The problem is that the technician, Allen, lied and stated the tires were on too tight and could not be removed without breaking them. I took my car back home and was able to remove all four of my tires by hand. I'm disabled and actually dont have a lot of strength in my arms any longer, if I removed them using a hand tool-- why could a professional tire shop like Les Schwab not remove them with their TOOLS? I took it to another shop with no issues. I recommend not going here. Or if you have to deal with this location, double check ANYTHING done by this location. If Allen is your technician, I would decline the service. They are dishonest, lazy, and shady at this location. It's a shame that Les Schwab even associates this location with their name. EDIT: A customer service agent, Tim, lied and said he reviewed the invoice I was given. He stood by the technician's results. However, there are two big problems present: I never referenced the invoice and my personal driver is the one who checked in my vehicle (their name and information has no association to me). People at this company don't want to resolve issues. This is a shame. You guys used to be great. Stop lying and getting defensive. You guys are a business, provide the services you are supposed to.
