Trying to get carpeting installed into my new place from long distance was not a slam dunk, but Joshua was so responsive and helpful in selecting what I wanted. His installer Carlos was THE BEST! Both of them were right there with answers and solutions. When asked when I wanted it installed, the answer was "how about tomorrow". A dream!!! And I received photos of every room afterward. You will not go wrong using Joshua and company.

Called for some advice on an out of stock product. No one answered, but Josh called back with 1 minute left in his day. He fielded my questions like an all-star shortstop. These guys are not only pros, but they put the customer ahead of profit. Ill be shopping here again and recommending the thousands of sophisticated people I interact with on a monthly basis. I feel completely rewarded for calling and gratified that I called the right people. Portland Flooring and Carpet is the right call for you.
