I want to just share my thoughts on the company as a whole. I sent and E mail to the web site with some questions on a Protect-All sheet matte rubber flooring looking for some guidance on how to care for it. Not expecting to hear back for several days well low in be hold Phil Biggs calls me within 10 minutes and was able answer all my question with great care. Phil proceeded to follow up with an E mail with a step by step method of care and flyer with photos showing the steps of care along with verbiage. I knew when I went to the Portland web site and in reading about the folks they had lost do to retirement and other reasons they really care about their employees and those they serve. Can not say enough about the Professional they bring to their store!

My husband and I recently worked with Flintile and couldn't have been more pleased with their customer service. They were incredibly helpful and had the products we needed to complete our project. Phil was especially helpful and I would gladly choose them again in the future.
