After being dragged along by H&R block, I was saved by Kathy! She was so helpful and got my taxes filed in less than 24 hours! She even got me a refund! 10/10 would recommend this place & Kathy. So kind, helpful and willing to answer any questions. Best part, I didn't even have to go in! Such an accommodating, wonderful experience.

Honestly she was very helpful in the beginning, but she sent my injured spouse form to the wrong place. Then the second Time she sent my taxes instead of the injured spouse form. When I called her about it she wasnt even taking any responsibility. So I asked her to just email me the form so I could just do it myself, come to find out she spelled my last name wrong. It was a very annoying experience. She also hung up on me when I tried to tell her how frustrated I was with the whole situation, which I had a right to be upset. She didnt even apologize for anything.
Very rude.
But the receptionist was so very nice.

I needed some help with my taxes after attempting to finish them on my own and running into a hiccup. Leslie reviewed my previous year taxes and current year and quickly crunched some numbers and helped file and amendment to my Federal taxes and submit my state taxes. All this in under 30 minutes! So relieving and grateful to have a knowledgeable, kind, and helpful service nearby. Also, you can't beat the price.
