I have worked with Erin and David and their team at MB Tax Professionals for 15 years now and I cannot believe 5 stars is all Google will let me give them. Advice, professionalism, attention to detail and future planning help for tax needs on both personal and business returns is beyond expected. You couldnt partner with a better firm to get your tax life in order.

Thanks to the MB Tax team, they take all the stress out of completing my taxes. They offer secure online options to receive and send my documents as well as detailed worksheets to gather any potential information needed. I have been using MB for many years so I generally know what is needed each year. When I do have a question, my preferred method of contact is email and they have always been great at responding within a reasonable timeframe. I try to support locally owned, family businesses. Definitely recommend MB as they have been very personable and knowledgeable for all of my tax needs.

It super pains me to post this bad review. Pandemic aside, we have felt ignored with our tax needs for the last 5 years really. No advice on whats going on with quarterly taxes, no quick response. Its like no one is ever in the office. We unfortunately, had to move on to another accountant, and already I feel much more taken care of. I never received a response from them after telling them we were no longer using their services, no email, nothing .. crickets
