        I phoned in to inquire about care for my mom and Hanna was incredibly rude and not helpful. From the moment she answered the phone it was like she didnt want to be bothered. She made assumptions without asking questions and treated me terribly. I would never, ever come to this clinic or recommend it to anyone based on this 1st initial contact.

        From the front desk, office staff and surgery team they were excellent. They made this whole process very easy. I used DR Ragel, just a down to earth nice guy, efficient and he cares.
