I recently underwent a breast augmentation at the Whilshire Surgery Center, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Upon my friend's recommendation, I meticulously researched various surgery centers, apprehensive about feeling pressured into additional procedures during my consultation. However, from the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with genuine consideration and professionalism. Throughout the consultation with Dr. Johng, I never felt coerced or pushed into any decisions. The team at prioritized my comfort and well-being, ensuring that I felt informed and empowered every step of the way. The surgery itself was remarkably smooth, thanks to the expertise and precision of the surgical team. From pre-op to post-op, the staff at provided exceptional care, making the recovery process a breeze. Overall, my experience surpassed all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and personalized care.

I had surgery on 9/20/23. From the doctor, the anesthesiologist to the nurses are top notch. Everyone is super nice and there for you. I would definitely recommend this facility 100%.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Shelby who got things set up for my surgery. Then the nursing team was caring and knowledgable while taking care of me. A very pleasant place.

The Nursing staff was phenomenal but I will say their billing department is a mess. A week before surgery they incorrectly attempted to authorize a surgery on my supplemental insurance plan running it as a primary insurance instead of taking my primary insurance and then proceeded to have me pay out of pocket or cancel my surgery a week before it was to take place. they are an in-network provider to many insurances though seemingly dont know how insurance plans work. when I asked them why, I was told [sic] I cant pick and choose what insurance to bill even though that was exactly what their office attempted to do. Stephanie is inadequately equipped to run insurance claims, esp. if she does not understand the difference of primary, secondary and supplemental insurance. I hope they dont continue to to do this to future patients. If they dont want to take insurance correctly they should NOT contract with insurance companies IMO.
