        Tried to get a stairwell fabricated from this outfit. Robin the owner forgot that she had scheduled a guy to come get measurements for it and blamed the guy for being late when she didn't let him know until he showed up to work. I just called them after about 3 weeks of waiting for a quote and found out Robin had dropped the ball on that as well. Talked to Jesse, the other owner, and he was not concerned at all because my job was too small for them. Incredibly bad customer service. Stay away!
