The staff is always extremely helpful and honest whenever I needed anything. They have a wide selection of sneakers for everyone and even offer free authenticity/legit checks. Definitely my go to for all things sneakers!

*REVIEW UPDATE* Calen with Index reached out to me a day later to apologize for the delay and explain that the shoes I was trying to buy were not actually in stock, he offered a great discount on another pair + free shipping. I went ahead and placed an order for a pair Ive been wanting for a long time, Caleb even made sure my shoes were shipped on the same day. After receiving an excellent customer service I will definitely buy again from INDEX. *INITIAL REVIEW* I've heard very good things from INDEX, so I decided to take a chance and place an order. Before placing the order I tried communicating with them in every possible way and received absolutely no answer. Now the order has been placed and all I am getting is complete silence, which makes me think I am in for a bit of a painful road as my CC has been charged and I am getting no feedback from them...
