I was told by customer support that UPS inside Michael's did not require any shipping box or shipping materials. Not true. Major waste of time. I should have called the store directly. But online Google Maps didn't say it was inside Michael's. Plus the employee had kinda a rude attitude when I asked about it. This was for an Amazon return.

Access point locations cannot produce a label from the UPS QR code. UPS provides no way for a customer to print a label instead of a QR code.
Y'all are a logistics company, right? Nobody ever thought of this scenario?
