    They are SOOOO HELPFUL! Seriously, it's like no problem is out of their grasp. They seem to always know the answer to any question you have you, which is incredibly helpful as a person that returns and sends a ton of packages, mainly through and to Amazon.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't normally review things, but the absolutely abhorrent "supervisor" is a complete piece of trash. Complete inappropriate behavior exhibited when I expressed confusion over an Amazon return that was not supposed to need a label. Called me names, laughed at me, refused to give me her name or a card, did not once offer anything except snide remarks about my age, my supposed attitude (I didn't say anything rude or even raise my voice). Accused me of "throwing things" at her when that clearly didn't happen. Truly, a terrible experience. When I asked for a card she gave me a number she knew wouldn't connect me to anyone.

    Awful company. I've gotten to where I'll do anything I can to avoid getting a package shipped UPS. The drivers don't even attempt to deliver, the stores are all false front franchises that have no connection to the drivers and can't solve problems, the customer "service" line just goes to a phone tree in Bangladesh.... it's pretty miserable.
