        My entire unit stolen. Thousands of dollars. No help from front desk, they would not review footage. Leads me to believe employees are prowling and stealing from customers

        And looking at the storage units in the area I found that secure space storage was the best out of all the ones that I looked at John and McKenna are awesome managers and my friend as a unit there and the facilities clean the hours are great and they're very well informed if you need help they'll help you

        Yes my friend has a storage unit at secure space storage and I've been down there many times with her and thinking of renting a unit the facility is clean the management John and McKenna are awesome and I would recommend give them five stars and recommend anybody to rent there

        Amazing customer service and very helpful. The facility was very clean and welcoming when I got there and made it fast and easy to get everything finished up and me moved in.

        Store your valuables here ONLY IF YOU WANT EVERYTHING STOLEN. This has got to be the least secure secure space self storage. I unfortunately had to store my entire life in this unit, only to return to a completely cleaned out unit. Its important to note that although the walls in these units are tall, they do not have a fully covered roof. My key lock was untampered with which leads me to believe this was either done by an employee or someone who prowls on customers by crawling over the walls. Regardless I am disgusted with the lack of assistance from this business as I trusted them with my entire life. The cameras and security in this establishment serve no purpose. The front desk employee would not review camera footage and told me what do you expect, this is Portland. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS BUISNESS.
