Downtown Self Storage - Davis Street

I came in looking for moving boxes, and they have every size you can think of plus all packing supplies. Their staff was extremely helpful! I live just across the street so I was on foot, and they helped me carry my boxes to my building! Absolutely wonderful ladies! :)

I am always impressed with the folks here. The people in the office are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean, well maintained, and in a super convenient spot. I've used their services for going on three years now and have never been disappointed. Their diligence and willingness to go the extra mile has made my job easier. Something that I remember frequently is that I had a pretty handkerchief in my pocket during a trip to collect things from the storage unit I use. At some point in my day it fell out of my pocket and I was sad that I had lost it and assumed it was just gone and made my peace. A few weeks later when I was signing in one of the staff members at the counter asked me if I had lost a handkerchief. It was the one that had fallen out of my pocket. They had picked it up somewhere in the building and just thought it looked like something that would belong to me so they held onto it until the next time I was there. That level of care is something that I appreciate deeply and is something that can only come from people who really care about the job they're doing.
