My partner & I have a small unit here. They are very nice but their auto pay sucks. They have tried to take rent out before the agreed date several times, and they changed the date rent was to be taken out without telling us. Each time charging us late fees even tho it was their mistake even tho we call every time & complain. My boyfriend is a disabled veteran on a fixed income & we can't afford to pay late fees we shouldn't owe. If the mistake happens on their end they should accept the responsibility & not put it off on their clients.

Probably the best climate controlled storage units in Portland. Good customer service, easy check in, fob access, and very clean facility

AVOID if possible. Staff was rude and contract is predatory. Fines are hidden within losts of small text and staff runs through the contract fast. They require a 30 day move out notice, which I provided, but they locked me out and tried to charge a $50 cleaning fee for the "absolute mess" shown below. They did this before my 30 days was over and before I could do a look through of the unit. The movers were still unloading when they initiated the lock out and attempted the fee, which is a breach of contract. I provided the 30 day notice on the 1st, they attempted to lock me out and fine me on the 14th when I had started moving out. Photos are of the "mess", and after arguing with them to unlock the unit so I can clean it.
