Nail sell your stuff behind your back and they will not give it back to you if you're late doing late payments and they have no respect

I originally had a great experience with both the building and the workers. Linda and Jesse remembered me personally and were helpful when their system wasn't cooperating. Unfortunately, one of the system errors was a wrong paid month breakdown. That meant I had a receipt for paid month, but their system sent me a reminder and a late fee. I wasn't able to reach the office with 3 separate calls throughout the day. Finally, I was told by Jesse, that this is "my problem" and that he "won't change anything and won't undo any late fees". Mind you, my late fees are incorrect as I have a receipt for literally paying that very month. This unfortunately leads to me highly discouraging anybody from renting and storing any belongings at this business. I am not a Karen trying to speak to the manager, I am a previously happy customer, whose problem didn't get resolved, didn't get help and ended up paying for a system error. I kept a level head while on the phone, but the managers hostility will definitely make it awkward when returning to get my stuff.
