        After 4 months I have to change my review from 5 to 1 star. They doubled my rent, and instead of sending a courtesy email like all other communication from them they sent the notice snail mail and I did not receive it. Also during the 4 months they had a sprinkler fail on the 4th floor and soak all the storage units below. Dont put your stuff here if you dont want REGULAR RATE HIKES. Your price will just go up and up, and good luck if you moved during the storage process and forgot to update your address with them, instead of using the same form of communication used for EVERYTHING else theyll warn you about DOUBLING your rate by paper mail. DOUBLING!! I am a very disgruntled customer and I cannot recommend this place less. I guess its a good place to store your stuff if you dont care about money and youre just storing live goldfish.

        I already had things in storage here, but wanted to move to a smaller unit. Jonas showed me several units and I picked the one I liked best. Creating a new contract was easy and I received the flash sale rate I saw online on my new unit. No secret fees or headache. This place is chill and I have had no problems whatsoever in the 16+ months I have rented here. Haven't used other storage facilities to compare, but this one seems pretty good to me!

        Clean and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly! They walked me through everything made sure I had key/lock and access codes. The units are easy to get to and the building looks great.
